okay so instead of wasting 70k on a car with my other 35 grand i bought a 2004 mastercraft ski boat mint condition. so i have about 38k left over so i want a car under 35k so i can pay the taxes on it when i buy it. and yes i still have money for gas, oil and repairs, but this is money for a new car. what car has the best 0-60 time, and 1/4 mile time. car must be under 35k thanks so much

Clearly all the caring that liberals do for the “poor” in America is just a class-warfare election tactic because the logic of the argument makes no sense.

Tax cuts that benefit only the rich is what liberals claim. The gap between the rich and poor is getting larger the liberals whine. If all this is true, I ask liberals, where is all the money coming from? The typical response … blank stares.

The rich can’t steal money from the poor because poor people don’t have money. Could it be that capitalism, like it always does, continues to create an ever-expanding WORLDWIDE middle-class and the capitalists who started it all are just benefitting from their work? A rising tide lifts all boats, even the rich.

I didn’t realize that how high the intrest rate was if I didn’t begin paying right away. I thought that if I paid in full by due date, I would be ok. How does the IRS work out payment plans? If it continues to increase until I pay all off, how will I ever pay? It started off as $1200, but I was told the intrest rate was .08 percent DAILY. I received this notice about four months ago. There is no way I can pay all that off, including following charges by April. I’m sure I’m not alone in this boat. I’ll send in my papers and set up a plan… but if anyone here can speak from experience, please let me know how this works and what sort of relief there is. Please only respond if you know, not just a hunch.

I see so many questions on here as if people are desperate to get refunds and stimulus payments and all sorts of money from the government.
Do people understand that tax refunds & stimulus payments are usually a return of YOUR OWN MONEY that you gave to the government and not any big windfall or prize as if you hit the lottery?
Or tax credits are just another means to recover some of your own money that you gave the government?

(I know EIC & other refundable credits give back more than you paid in, but not everyone is in that boat).

So I’m just curious, is there anyone out there that understands what the “real deal” is?

I want to donate my boat, and it sais I will get $1000.00 tax dedcutibly, minimum. When I go to do taxes, what will I get back basically is what I am asking? Is it worth it money wise?
