I do not own property in any state.I spend 250 days per year on
the boats.I go somewhere different every time Im off the boats.
I have no permanent address.I get mail in arkansas & tennessee.
My company is in louisiana.

Clearly all the caring that liberals do for the “poor” in America is just a class-warfare election tactic because the logic of the argument makes no sense.

Tax cuts that benefit only the rich is what liberals claim. The gap between the rich and poor is getting larger the liberals whine. If all this is true, I ask liberals, where is all the money coming from? The typical response … blank stares.

The rich can’t steal money from the poor because poor people don’t have money. Could it be that capitalism, like it always does, continues to create an ever-expanding WORLDWIDE middle-class and the capitalists who started it all are just benefitting from their work? A rising tide lifts all boats, even the rich.

I have six land properties in northern AZ listed for exchange on www.realestateexchange.com. I’m getting proposals for exchanges like boats, cabins, land, condos, etc. Are there tax consequences of such exchanges? What do I need to watch out for? What documents will I need in these exchanges? It seems like most of the properties listed are overvalued. Thanks.

It seems that like the housing market, the “boat” market has also fallen off. Im referring to boats between 40 and 75 feet. Sail or power.

Here in Indiana we are being reassed without anyone comming to our houses, it is sometimes doubled, not saying the home would sell for that much, it would not. Reasseing goes through someone in Ohio! then goes to our Cnty tresurer to make sure we pay so much money and allot of people have been losing their homes because they cannot afford to pay the taxes.
We have a couple days to appeal the assement tosay why this is an unfair assement, it is, way too high! So what things should I say in my assment to try to help myself? I will say the truth, same windows as when the home built, same shingles, etc. The taxes are higher than some of the customers I had in elite neighborhoods only a couple years ago! Our councelman says won’t do any good, even with an attorney! They brought in the gambeling boats to help relieve the taxes, it was all a lie. No monies have been used to relieve us.Thanks!
